PALM BEACH, Fla. 鈥�&苍产蝉辫;During the National Association of Chain 草榴色区 Stores (NACDS) Annual Meeting, the Association formally introduced an impressive group of newly elected officers and board of directors members, along with the re-election of existing directors to carry on their dedicated service.
David B. Warner, president and chief executive officer, KPH Healthcare Services, Inc., will serve as the new chair of the NACDS Board of Directors, succeeding Rick Gates, chief pharmacy officer, Walgreens Co., who completed his term.
In addition, Aaron Wiese, president of Hy-Vee, Inc., was elected NACDS vice chair, and Colleen Lindholz, president of Kroger Health, The Kroger Co., was elected NACDS treasurer. Each officer will serve a one-year term.

The following new members of the board of directors were elected:
- Tim Cernohous, president, community retail and long-term care pharmacy, Good Neighbor Pharmacy
- Kim Frazier, vice president, DMM, healthcare services, Sam's Club
- Katie Scanlon, vice president of pharmacy, Publix Super Markets, Inc.
The following board members were re-elected to three-year terms:
- Brad Cochran, president, Medicine Shoppe International
- Nimesh Jhaveri, president, Health Mart
- David B. Warner, president and chief executive officer, KPH Healthcare Services, Inc.
- Mike Wysong, chief executive officer, CARE Pharmacies, Inc.
The following board members were elected to the NACDS Executive Committee:
- Tony DalPonte, president of pharmacy and health, Albertsons Companies
- Mike Stigers, president, Wakefern Food Corp./ShopRite
